My v2 would not connect either ,turned out that my 2.4ghz band SSID had a space at the end of it , Of course you can not see the space unless you go into the router wifi settings ,my router added a space at the end of the SSID for some strange reason

I mostly care about getting the V3 camera connected. I've got a half dozen V2 cameras, two Outdoor cams, a scale, a Watch, a Doorbell, all work fine. But this V3 camera just won't set up through the app. The camera keeps insisting it cannot connect to the local network.Check to make sure your network name doesn't have a space at the beginning or end. I also confirm the Wyze tech support has acknowledged the issue and state that their developers are working on resolving it. They asked me to wait until the next phone app update.

I’m helping someone remotely setup a Wyze Cam. He’s fairly clueless but has done it before at one house he’s at the other). His router shows two nets, 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz, and I believe he has his phone connected to the 2.4 Ghz (the 5 Ghz has “-5G” appended).
